1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CraftRank ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

CraftRank provides AI-powered tools for generating and optimizing Etsy listing content, including titles, tags, and descriptions. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, search rankings, or results from using our tools.

3. Accounts and Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The content you generate using our tools is yours. You retain ownership of any listings, titles, tags, and descriptions you create. We retain ownership of our software, branding, and underlying AI models. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftRank and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions related to intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CraftRank operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
